I took my 4 year old son as he was suffering with terrible gut symptoms, an inflamed tummy and an immune system which was on the floor. He kept getting sick and was lacking in energy a lot of the time. They worked with us to look at his diet and suggested child friendly supplements that he would take easily. They constantly reviewed his progress and suggested adjustments based on how he was responding. He has made such amazing progress, to the point where he is going to the loo daily with ease. His energy levels are back and we are all much happier.

I came to studio nourish after struggling with skin / gut issues for month and being prescribed antibiotics by a dermatologist who wasn’t interested in understanding the cause of my acne. From the first session she was very understanding and validating and took time to explain everything we would be working on! I knew this would be a slow process but I saw results after only a couple of months and my skin has been clear since. I now also understand that lot more about guy health and the impact this has on my hormones and skin and feel good to make better decisions with my nutrition.

When I came to studio nourish I’d struggled for years to understand what caused my constipation. The IBS label and generic dietary advice I’d been given had never been useful. Working with them gave me a real understanding of what worked for me. A year later I’m still able to apply that wisdom and it’s incredibly empowering. With Kirsty’s guidance, I’ve become more active, joined the gym, and worked alongside my GP to address underlying health issues. The biggest change has been my mental and emotional state. I’ve gone from barely scraping through the day in pain to waking up feeling ready to live and inspired to take on what life throws at me. I've been working with Kirsty for over a year now, and the whole experience has been brilliant. I feel empowered - more knowledgeable, confident and most importantly my gut issues have cleared up. At all stages Kirsty has listened to me, and taken my specific needs into account with her advice and recommendations. I worked with Lindsay to prepare for a round of IVF and after 6 months of working together, my scan showed 3 follicles, which totally shocked my fertility consultant as it has only ever shown 1 in all the years I have been trying. We did some follow up tests on some key inflammatory markers and we found all my markers were within the normal range for the first time. He could not believe it. I’m so pleased and feel the best I’ve felt in a long while.

I reached out to Kirsty after years of unresolved IBS, anaemia and digestion issues.
